Monthly Rates Seaview Apartments
Monthly and yearly rates are on request - please contact us
- Daily rates are per apartment, per night, inclusive à la carte breakfast and service charge.
- Monthly rates are per apartment, min. 30 days , service charge included, without breakfast and electricity charges
- Prices include 7% VAT
- Payment by Credit Card will be charged 3%
- Electricity charged at 6 Baht per KWH (for renting by the month only)
- Rates are subject to change without prior notice
- Rates are quoted in Thaibaht. Rates in foreign currency are estimated and subject to official exchange rate on day of payment
- A valid credit card is required to guarantee a reservation. Credit Card details can be sent by email or fax
Cancelation Policy:
1. Cancelation without charges, until one month before arrival (in the high and peak seasons),
2. 20% charge for cancelation until one week before arrival,
3. 100% charge for cancelation in the last week before arrival and no show.
Deposit:
The deposit for confirmation shall be of 20% at least of the booking. If stay is longer than one year, a two months deposit is required at least.
