Rates & Reservation

We offer different apartment categories and associated rates. All our apartments are individually furnished and do have a large terrace and seaview. Rates are per apartment, quoted in Thai Baht and inclusive service charge.

Monthly Rates Seaview Apartments 

Monthly and yearly rates are on request – please contact us 

• Rates are in Thai Baht per apartment, inclusive or exclusive à la carte breakfast , Tax service charge are included.
• Monthly rates are per apartment, min. 27 nights, service charge included, Breakfast and electricity charges are not included.
• Prices include 7% VAT and 1% Hotel Tax
• Payment by Credit Card, Virtual Credit Card and Link will be charged 3%
• Electricity charged at 8 Baht per KWH (for renting by the month only)
• Rates are subject to change without prior notice
• Rates are quoted in Thai Baht. Rates in foreign currency are estimated and subject to official exchange rate on day of payment
• A valid credit card is required to guarantee a reservation. Credit Card details can be sent by email or fax

Down Payment and Cancelation Policy:

1. Cancelation without charges, until one month before arrival (in the high and peak seasons),
2. 20% charge for canceling until one week before arrival,
3. 100% charge for canceling in the last week before arrival and no show.

Deposit (Down Payment): Deposit (20% at least of the booking), If the stay is longer than one year, a two month deposit is required at least.

The Prince Edouard Internal Rules:

1. All our rooms are non smoking.
2. It is not allowed to smoke cannabis at the Prince Edouard (inside and outside).
3. Please keep the Prince Edouard quiet, mainly with your motorbike.
4. All persons taken inside the Prince Edouard premisses must be registered (copy of passport/Id card) at the office (opening hour 8 :00 to 18 :00). Joiners are charged 1000 baht per night (include breakfast).
